I took a nice little break after my exams. All I've been doing in smoke and listen to metal (and ofcourse, get drunk every night). I've been playing Sadus, Kataklysm and The Crown repeatedly like a fuckin retard. Sadus for those of you who don't know is the band of the almighty Steve DiGiorgio. That was before he started recording with Death and others. If you are into thrash metal, you will love this album. Needless to say, the bass on this album stands out. I love the album. Hope to get hold of more Sadus albums.

Kataklysm is one of those insane Canadian bands. Canadians are really mad aren't they? Strapping Young Lad, Cryptopsy, Rush are the ones that come to my mind immediately. Anyway Kataklysm is a very neat death metal band. The drummer is frighteningly fast. Is he fucking machine gun or what? The vocals are pretty ok and the guitarist churns out good riffs. One thing that I didn't like about the album "Serenity in Fire" is that there are absolutely no guitar solos. But the band fucking destroys because of the drummer. Overall, its a must check out band.

And finally The Crown! One more Crown album on my list. First it was "Deathrace King" . Now its "Hell is Here". Groovy death metal with amazing guitar and drum work. Any metalhead will love it.
